“Quick tip. Since everything Ken does is usually ar*e about t*t, just reverse any numbers he spouts. Hence for 3.5 miles, read 5.3. Job done” [Matt chips in]

“The technical term is a Ken-drone (note: Pallindrome is a word spelled backwards). This should be distinguished from a 'Ken drone', which is the sound he makes when he gets caught out by an on-back, having forgotten to tie his shoelaces/gaze at stars/have a good whinge at anything in particular” Matt chips in….again]
