Start & Finish location – Spade Oak Car Park, Bourne End. SL8 5PS (just past the pub).

After or before refreshments – Ice Cream Van at the Spade Oak by river – Only if weather is nice and before about 5pm

FYI, The Longs will be about 10.5km with a long Hill to please Hells Bells, and those other nutters who like running up hills. Shorts…. (need to check this).
